Job Title : Senior Executive - Human Resource

Location : Mumbai

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Senior Executive - Human Resource to join our Human Resources team. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions and develop a strong foundation for a career in HR.

Role & responsibilities -

  • Ensure smooth HR operations adhere to policies & procedure for entire West India Regions.
  • Ensure to maintain HR compliances in all the Branches.
  • Managing off roles employees and coordinate with 3 party vendors.
  • Managing recruitment for All the positions in West region.
  • Taking care of Onboarding & Offboarding Process
  • Arranging for Induction Schedule for New Joines
  • Taking Care of Monthly attendance for payroll process.
  • Preparing various HR reports as per the company policy

Requirements:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with employees and management.
  • Interpersonal Skills: The ability to build rapport, negotiate, and resolve conflicts is crucial.
  • Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with strong time management and prioritization skills are necessary to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to analyze situations, identify problems, and develop effective solutions is important.
  • HR Knowledge: Familiarity with HR policies, procedures, and relevant labor laws and regulations is essential.
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is typically required.
  • Experience: Relevant HR experience, usually ranging from 4-5 years, is generally expected.
