Application Development Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Application & Web Development

  • Lead the requirement gathering, design, development, and implementation of applications.
  • Oversee application enhancement, bug fixing, and change request management.
  • Ensure secure, high-performance operation of web portals and digital platforms.
  • Guide prototype and wireframe development for new features and products.

2. Website & CMS Management

  • Manage functionality and updates of WordPress CMS-based websites.
  • Resolve plugin conflicts, address security vulnerabilities, and optimize site performance.

3. Testing, Documentation & RCA

  • Collaborate with QA teams on unit testing, UAT, system testing, and functional test case preparation.
  • Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on application issues and implement long-term fixes.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, design specs, user manuals, and monthly reports.
