.NET Technologies: Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, MVC, Web API Experience with .NET Framework and .NET Core Database & Scripting: Strong SQL scripting skills, Writing and optimizing complex queries, stored procedures Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) Application Support & Debugging: Investigating and resolving production issues and application errors Root cause analysis, performance troubleshooting, and bug fixing Application log analysis DevOps & Version Control: Familiarity with Azure DevOps (CI/CD, Boards, Pipelines) Experience with Git, GitHub, or Azure Repos Incident/Problem/Change Management: Hands-on experience working within ITIL-aligned or similar support frameworks Managing L2/L3 support tickets and escalations Documentation: Creating and maintaining technical documentation, support runbooks, and knowledge base articles Communication: Strong communication skills (verbal and written) Secondary Skillset Frontend Development: Basic knowledge of Angular for troubleshooting or enhancements Business Intelligence: Familiarity with Power BI for reports and dashboards Cloud Services: Exposure to Azure Services
