Required

* 8+ years of software development experience, with at least 3+ years focused on blockchain development.

* Proven experience in writing, testing, and deploying complex smart contracts in a production environment (Solidity required).

* Deep expertise with the Avalanche (AVAX) platform, including its architecture (C-Chain) and development tools.

* Strong understanding of NFT standards (ERC-721, ERC-1155) and their practical implementation.

* Experience with Web3 development libraries (e.g., , ) and integrating dApps with front-end frameworks.

* Demonstrable experience leading technical projects and making key architectural decisions.

* A strong portfolio of deployed dApps or smart contracts, ideally available on a public repository like GitHub.

* Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.

* Experience with other EVM-compatible chains.

* Knowledge of smart contract security best practices and experience with security audit tools.

* Familiarity with oracle services (e.g., Chainlink) and other off-chain to on-chain data solutions.

* Experience in building or contributing to decentralized marketplaces or platforms.

* Previous experience mentoring junior developers.

* A passion for the potential of blockchain and a desire to build solutions that drive real-world adoption.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the design, development, and deployment of secure and scalable smart contracts on the Avalanche blockchain.

* Implement the core NFT minting functionality for articles, enabling on-chain copyright and royalties for content creators.

* Architect the overall on-chain infrastructure, ensuring it aligns with our product vision and technical requirements.

* Integrate smart contracts with our front-end application, including wallet integrations like MetaMask for user authentication and transactions.

* Mentor and guide our existing development team on blockchain best practices, patterns, and security considerations.

* Establish and oversee a rigorous testing and auditing process for all smart contracts to ensure they are secure and function as intended.

* Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the Avalanche ecosystem and the broader blockchain space to inform our technical roadmap.

* Collaborate closely with the product and UI/UX teams to translate complex product requirements into robust technical solutions.
