Position Overview:
We are hiring Senior Process Associates (1-3 years) and Assistant Managers (3+ years) with experience in handling Captive Insurance clients. The role offers a unique hybrid work model and the opportunity to work with global stakeholders in a dynamic and growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end delivery for Captive Insurance clients.
- Perform detailed review and processing of insurance data and financial records.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, client SLAs, and audit standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across global time zones.
- Prepare reports and documentation for client meetings and internal audits.
- Assist in process improvement initiatives and automation efforts.
Requirements:
- Qualification: CA / Non-CA (Commerce or Finance Graduates preferred).
Experience:
SPA: 1-3 years of relevant experience.
AM: 3+ years of experience handling Captive Insurance or related financial services.
Strong understanding of insurance accounting principles.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a 3 PM 12 AM shift.
