About The Opportunity
A role within the Marketing & Brand Activation sector focused on offline marketing, retail activations, experiential events and shopper-marketing across India. This on-site position will own client-facing account delivery for high-impact field campaigns, coordinating cross-functional vendors, field teams and retail partners to deliver measurable in-store and on-ground results.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of offline marketing campaigns and retail activations for assigned accounts—planning, execution, and post-campaign analysis.
  • Serve as primary client contact: manage expectations, present campaign plans, secure approvals, and identify upsell opportunities.
  • Coordinate and manage agencies, vendors, production partners and on-ground field teams to ensure quality, timelines and compliance.
  • Prepare and manage campaign budgets, vendor invoices, P&L reconciliations and cost optimizations to achieve ROI targets.
  • Track campaign KPIs (footfall, conversions, sales uplift, merchandising compliance) and deliver actionable post-campaign reports and insights.
  • Oversee POSM production, store-level merchandising, logistics and on-site quality checks to maintain brand standards across activations.

Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have

  • Proven experience in field/trade marketing or agency account management with demonstrated offline campaign delivery.
  • Track record of planning and executing retail activations, in-store promotions or shopper-marketing campaigns.
  • Experience managing vendors, POSM production, and multi-location field teams.
  • Strong budgeting skills with experience managing campaign spends and P&L reconciliation.
  • Proficient with MS Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and campaign tracking.
  • Willingness to work on-site in India with frequent travel to activation locations.

Preferred

  • Familiarity with CRM or campaign-tracking tools (e.g., Zoho CRM, Salesforce).
  • Prior experience in experiential marketing, events or shopper insights.
  • Exposure to ATL/BTL campaign coordination and agency management.
