Role & responsibilities :

  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, generate leads, and develop relationships with potential clients, consultants, contractors, and partners.
  • Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance on HVAC system design, product selection, and application, and deliver technical presentations to clients.
  • Sales Process Management: Conduct site visits, assess client needs, prepare proposals and quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales.
  • Client Support: Offer technical support to customers, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure seamless project implementation in coordination with the engineering team.
  • Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or a related technical field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in HVAC sales or technical sales roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems, equipment, and related concepts.
  • Sales Acumen: Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
