Representation inCorporate/Commercial Disputes Manage a spectrum of corporate and commercialdisputes, including contractual, commercial and shareholder matters, employingstrategic approaches tailored to the specific intricacies of each case.Conduct legal research andanalysis and advise clients on legal strategies and potential outcomes.Draft, review, and file legaldocuments, including complaints, pleadings of all sorts, writs, briefs, andappeals.Represent clients in courtproceedings, hearings, and effectively preparing arguments and presenting them,and advocating on their behalf.Collaborate with the team,clients, and attorneys, including senior counsel(s) and paralegals, to ensureseamless coordination, preparation, and management of litigation cases.Maintain regular communicationwith clients, keeping them informed about case progress, advising on risks andpotential resolutions, and addressing their concerns.Manage and mentor juniorassociates and team members, providing guidance, feedback, and support in theirprofessional development.Advisory in Arbitration MattersConduct thorough legal research and analysis to provide insightful and strategicadvisory services in arbitration cases.Advise clients on theappropriateness of arbitration as a dispute resolution mechanism and formulateeffective arbitration strategies.Evaluate legal risks andpotential outcomes, offering practical solutions to enhance clients' positionsin arbitration proceedings.Represent in arbitration matters.Continuous Research, Learning and Development Stay updated with the latestlegal developments, regulations, and precedents related to NCLT, NCLAT, SAT andother Corporate Matters.Collaborate with businessdevelopment teams to identify new opportunities and generate business leads forthe firm's litigation practice.Drafting informative and relevantlegal content such as write -ups, articles, posts, transaction alerts etc., onbehalf of the organization.Case Management Implementefficient case management systems to track and organize legal proceedings,ensuring compliance with deadlines and court requirements.Maintain a repository ofcase -related documents, correspondence, and communications. RequirementsBachelor's degree in law.AIBE qualified and registered with the Bar Council of India.Minimum of 3 -5 years of experience in corporate/commercial litigation, including arbitration with a law firm or a lawyer's chambers.Strong legal research, drafting and verbal communication skills.Excellent attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate, error -free, legally robust content.Hands -on experience in handling Corporate and Commercial Disputes.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and meet deadlines.
