Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive social media & Content marketing plans to support business objectives.
  • Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn tailored to specific audiences.
  • Manage all social media channels, including content scheduling, publishing, monitoring, and engagement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media strategies into broader marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in social media marketing
  • Identify opportunities for partnerships, influencer collaborations, and user-generated content to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Develop and produce Short - form, long form, explainer videos for various social media platform and website use.
  • Research and write quality blogs relevant to our industry.

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in social media marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful campaigns and content creation across multiple platforms.
  • Experience with graphic design, video editing, and other multimedia content creation tools e.g. Canva, Adobe Premier
  • Experience in Blog writing.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • The ideal candidate should possess strong self motivation, a proactive approach and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
