Role Description

We are seeking a
full-time, on-site Flutter Mentor
to join our team. In this role, you will guide and mentor learners on
Flutter development
, provide technical assistance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure students gain practical, job-ready skills. You will also be responsible for creating engaging learning materials, conducting code reviews, and helping learners achieve their educational and career goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mentor students in
    Flutter & Dart
    , from fundamentals to advanced concepts.
  • Provide technical support, debug issues, and guide learners through problem-solving.
  • Create and deliver educational content, including presentations, tutorials, and project briefs.
  • Conduct regular code reviews to ensure quality and best practices.
  • Monitor learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
  • Stay updated with the latest Flutter ecosystem updates, tools, and trends.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in
    Flutter Development
    and
    Dart programming
    .
  • Experience in mentoring, teaching, or providing technical support.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver engaging educational content.
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in learner success.
  • Experience with mobile app development for
    iOS
    and
    Android
    is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
