We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Flutter Developer to join our HealthTech product team in Bangalore.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining cross-platform mobile applications that deliver seamless user experiences.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Flutter and Dart, along with a passion for building scalable solutions that improve healthcare accessibility and outcomes.

Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and development of mobile applications using Flutter for iOS and Android.

- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to deliver high-quality features.

- Optimize applications for performance, usability, and scalability.

- Integrate with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party services.

- Implement and maintain state management, responsive UI, and best coding practices.

- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.

- Stay updated with emerging trends in mobile technologies and apply them to improve our products.

Requirements :

- B. Tech / M. Tech in Computer Science or related discipline.

- 4+ years of professional experience in mobile app development, with at least 2+ years in Flutter and Dart.

- Strong knowledge of mobile app architecture, design patterns, and state management (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, etc. ).

- Experience with third-party libraries, APIs, Firebase, and cloud services.

- Understanding of mobile UI/UX principles and Material Design.

- Knowledge of Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile methodologies.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
