Job Title:  Sr. Engineer / Assistant Manager / Manager - Sales

Location:  West Region- Bhosari, Pune

 North Region 1- Baddi / Chandigrah / Ludhiana / Derabassi

 North Region 2- Nimrana / Alwar / Bhiwadi / Manesar / Faridabad / Rohtak / Sonipat / Panipat

 South Region- Bangalore

Qualification & Experience:

 Diploma / BE in Mechanical, Instrumentation, or Electrical Engineering

 6 to 9 years of relevant sales experience in automation, CNC machines, metrology, or industrial equipment

Technical & Domain Requirements:

 Knowledge of measuring instruments and metrology.

 Experience in CNC Milling, CNC Lathe, Sliding Head machines sales.

 Understanding of industrial automation and special-purpose machines.

 Ability to communicate effectively in English, Hindi, and local language.

Additional Requirements:

 Own a two-wheeler with a valid license.

 Bring your own device (laptop/mobile); company will provide if not available.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales & Business Development

 Explore new business opportunities in industrial automation and vision inspection.

 Identify and convert potential leads into long-term customers.

 Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial offers.

 Support the pricing strategy based on market conditions and company objectives.

  1. Client Relationship & Communication

 Develop rapport and maintain relationships with clients.

 Act as a trusted advisor to customers, ensuring satisfaction and customer delight.

 Communicate technical and commercial information clearly.

  1. Market Analysis & Strategy

 Analyse market trends, competitors, and customer needs.

 Forecast and plan sales in specific regions.

 Identify marketing opportunities by mapping consumer requirements to company capabilities.

 Project sales volumes for existing and new products, ensuring profitability.

 Provide insights on supply chain and risk mitigation from a business perspective.

  1. Internal Collaboration

 Work as a team player with internal and external stakeholders.

 Share feedback with product and engineering teams for continuous improvement.

 Analytical thinking for evaluating investments and business outcomes.

 Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.

 Strategic thinking in pricing, forecasting, and market penetration.
