The Role

We're looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with 2–4 years of hands-on experience, ideally in the D2C space. You'll own media buying & retention across Meta, Google, and Amazon, while also driving insights, testing, and performance creatives. You'll partner closely with our creative and account teams to deliver measurable growth for clients.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns on Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Amazon Ads.
  • Manage campaign budgets, pacing, and performance targets.
  • Run structured experiments (A/B, audiences, creatives, offers) to improve ROAS and lower CAC.
  • Translate sales and funnel data into clear insights and actions.
  • Collaborate with creative team on ad concepts, hooks, and variations.
  • Build weekly performance dashboards and present learnings to team and clients.
  • Stay on top of platform updates, D2C trends, and competitor moves.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of performance marketing experience, ideally with D2C brands.
  • Proven track record of managing and scaling campaigns on Meta & Google (Amazon Ads a plus).
  • Strong grasp of growth metrics (ROAS, CAC, CTR, AOV, LTV).
  • Comfortable with tools like Ads Manager, Google Analytics/GA4, and reporting dashboards.
  • Analytical mindset, but also creative with testing angles and content.
  • Highly proactive, ownership-driven, and hungry to grow.
