Job Description:

We are seeking an
API Tester
with good knowledge of
MySQL
to join our team in Mumbai. The candidate will be responsible for testing APIs, validating data, and ensuring the quality and reliability of software applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform
    API testing
    using tools such as Postman, Swagger, or similar.
  • Validate
    API responses
    , error codes, and integrations.
  • Write and execute
    MySQL queries
    to verify backend data.
  • Identify, document, and track defects using bug tracking tools.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure high-quality releases.
  • Prepare and maintain test cases, test reports, and other QA documentation.

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with
    API Testing
    .
  • Strong working knowledge of
    MySQL
    (queries, joins, data validation).
  • Familiarity with SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycle.
  • Basic understanding of automation tools is an added advantage.
  • Excellent
    analytical

    skills.
