Position - Sourcing & Vendor Development ( Assistant / Junior Manager )

Location - Pithampur

CTC - Decent Hike on Current CTC

Key Responsibilities:-

  • Develop sourcing strategies and lead commercial negotiations using zero-based costing.
  • Handle sourcing & development of castings (ferrous/non-ferrous), forgings, machined & proprietary parts.
  • Drive RFQ processes, supplier mapping, and cost analysis.
  • Implement VA/VE ideas, tooling and packaging cost management, and raw material updates.
  • Manage engineering changes, supplier performance (BRMs), tooling inventory, and risk mitigation.
  • Work with both domestic and global suppliers.
  • Proficient in SAP/ERP systems.

Key Skills & Requirements / Qualification:- :

  • Functional: Negotiation, sourcing process, design interpretation, cost modeling, SAP.
  • Behavioral: Communication, decision-making, supplier relationship, team management.
  • B.Tech or Diploma with minimum 2-3 yrs of relevant experience in Sourcing, Vendor development or related roles.
