Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform Transaction Monitoring (TM) and Account Activity Reviews for existing and new clients to detect unusual or suspicious transactions.
  • Conduct KYC, CDD, and EDD checks for onboarding and periodic reviews.
  • Prepare, update, and maintain client profiles accurately based on risk classification.
  • Review sanctions, PEP, adverse media, and relevant screening results to identify potential financial crime risks.
  • Gather, research, and validate client information using public domain sources, online tools, and internal systems.
  • Conduct QSS real-time scans to validate ownership and ensure profile completeness.
  • Work closely with internal teams and relationship managers for data clarification and additional documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with AML, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.
  • Identify discrepancies, escalate potential red flags, and document findings clearly.
  • Contribute to team reporting, quality checks, and process enhancements.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong Transaction Monitoring experience (mandatory).
  • Core KYC knowledge across multiple client types.
  • Hands-on experience in AML investigations.
  • Expertise in CDD & EDD.
  • Strong analytical and risk assessment capability.
  • High attention to detail for reviewing documents and client data.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
