Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive MIS Executive to join our BMP department. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of Google Apps Script and JavaScript, and be capable of designing automated reporting systems, dashboards, and operational tools using Google Sheets and other cloud-based tools. The candidate should also demonstrate leadership ability to guide a small team and ensure timely and accurate data management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain customized MIS tools and dashboards using Google Sheets, Google Apps Script, and JavaScript.
  • Create automated workflows and reporting systems to improve operational efficiency and reduce manual efforts.
  • Collect, process, and analyze operational and performance data across departments to generate actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data requirements and deliver accurate and timely reports.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all MIS systems.
  • Lead a team of 4-5 team members, delegate tasks, and provide mentorship and support.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and digitization within business processes and design solutions accordingly.
  • Prepare and present periodic reports to senior management for decision-making.
  • Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and regular system audits to ensure functionality and reliability.
  • Train end users and team members on newly developed tools and systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, or related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in MIS, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Google Apps Script, JavaScript, and advanced Google Sheets functions (e.g., QUERY, IMPORTRANGE, ARRAYFORMULA).
  • Experience in data visualization and dashboard creation using Google Data Studio, Looker Studio, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and lead a small team effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to manufacturing KPIs and operational data analysis.
  • Experience integrating Google Sheets with other platforms or APIs.
  • Understanding of ERP systems and basic database management.

Working Conditions:

  • Full-time role with standard working hours.
  • May require occasional extended hours during reporting cycles or project deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
