is the pioneer in building, installing, operating and maintaining smart digital luggage lockers in India. SafeCloak is redefining the way people store their bags and luggage while on the move and also how the parcels are delivered and received in the metros.
SafeCloak has more than 900 boxes installed and is aiming at 1000 locker terminals (around 20K boxes) in next five years and to make this vision a reality we are growing our team. Our immediate need is for an experienced Business Development Maager who will join the team and bring in the energy to drive our locker unit installations and new business initiatives.
The main objective of this role will be to scout for new locations for installation of digital luggage lockers, explore the feasibility of business model, connect with relevant stakeholders and partners, sign the deal to get the deployments going.
As we are a start-up, early joiners to the Sales team will have the opportunity build the team and also define standards and processes that would set us on the path of continued growth.
Responsibilities
- Be the face of the organization and spread the company/brand objective.
- Prepare a list of prospective locker installation locations.
- Define eligibility criteria.
- Visit the places of interest for locker installations.
- Establish contacts with the relevant management team of the property where the locker will be installed.
- Follow up and close the deal.
- Should meet quarterly sales targets.
- Establish/Curate Sales process.
- Track and plan for poerformance optimization of already running units.
Skills
- Good communication skills.
- At least 2 years of experience in similar role with proven results.
- MBA preferred but not a must.
- Can easily understand technology and is proficient with using apps and mobile phones.
- Very Good working knowledge of English is a must.
- At least 2 to 3 Indian languages (Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, Tamil) proficiency preferred.
- Should be willing to travel across India (You will be mostly on the road)
This Role will be based in Delhi NCR.
Compensation will be around 3.5 to 4.5 lks per annum, plus target-based incentives. Travel expenses outside Delhi will be compensated by the company as per the policy.
