Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fleet Manager, located in Kochi. The Fleet Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our electric taxi fleet, ensuring compliance with DOT regulations, managing fleet operations, and enhancing operational efficiency. The role also involves monitoring vehicle maintenance, managing staff, and developing strategies to improve fleet performance.

Qualifications

  • Experience with Fleet Management and Fleet Operations
  • Strong background in Operations Management and Analytical Skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work on-site in Kochi
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Experience with electric vehicles is a plus
