Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team, ensuring performance delivery and professional development.
  • Design and implement Process Maps, SOPs, and Dashboards for operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards and insurance industry best practices.
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance productivity.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align processes with business objectives.
  • Manage escalations, resolve operational challenges, and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Track and report operational metrics regularly to management.

Requirements:

  • Strong exposure to Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance processes.
  • Minimum of 2+ years in a team handling role.
  • Excellent understanding of process governance, SOP creation, and dashboard reporting.
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage teams effectively.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in process optimization.
