What You'll Drive

· Smooth day-to-day office operations, ensuring the workplace is organised, well-maintained, and fully functional.

· Timely availability of office supplies, stationery, pantry items, and consumables through proactive stock monitoring and replenishment.

· Coordination with facility partners—housekeeping, security, maintenance, courier, and other service providers—to ensure seamless support.

· Upkeep of meeting rooms, common areas, and office equipment, addressing repair or maintenance needs promptly.

· Vendor management essentials: follow-ups, service tracking, invoice coordination, and maintaining administrative records.

· Support for front-office activities, visitor handling, courier management, and basic event/meeting arrangements.

What Makes You the Right Fit

· 1–3 years of experience in administration, facilities, or office support roles.

· A natural organiser with strong attention to detail and responsibility.

· Clear communicator who enjoys working with people and supporting teams.

· Comfortable juggling multiple tasks while staying calm and solution-oriented.

· Familiar with basic vendor coordination, stock control, and admin processes.

· Proficient in MS Office and open to learning new tools.
