F&B Captain

• Supervise the daily activities of the wait staff, including assigning tasks and monitoring performance.
• Ensure that all staff members adhere to service standards and policies.
• Conduct pre-service briefings and ensure staff are well-informed about the menu, special promotions, and any service instructions.
• Train and mentor new staff members.
• Greet guests, escort them to their tables, and ensure that they receive excellent service throughout their dining experience.
• Address guest complaints and concerns, ensuring timely resolution and guest satisfaction.
• Take and serve orders accurately, and ensure that all food and beverages are served according to the company's standards.
• Maintain a strong knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and potential allergens.
• Communicate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food preparation and delivery.
• Manage special requests and dietary requirements, ensuring they are conveyed to the kitchen accurately.
• Coordinate food pick-up from the kitchen, ensuring the right presentation and temperature.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23, ₹25,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Hospitality: 3 years (preferred)
