Role Overview

We're seeking a smart, confident, and empathetic Telecaller / Sales Executive
who can convert health inquiries into meaningful consultations.

You'll be the
first voice of Sri Vaidya
, connecting with people seeking Ayurveda treatments, wellness therapies, or rejuvenation programs — guiding them to the right solution and helping them book appointments smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls and leads from online, cold calling,  referral, and walk-in sources.
  • Understand client needs (consultation, rejuvenation, relaxation, or home Panchakarma).
  • Provide clear information about Sri Vaidya's therapies, programs, and doctors.
  • Persuasively and politely guide clients toward booking a consultation or therapy plan.
  • Follow up with leads through WhatsApp, calls, and CRM updates until closure.
  • Coordinate with doctors, clinic managers, and therapists for daily appointments.
  • Maintain detailed call logs and conversion reports.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Excellent spoken English & Hindi (any additional language is a plus).
  • Pleasant, confident, and emotionally intelligent communicator.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, healthcare, or wellness sales preferred.
  • Polished presentation skills and a calm tone even under pressure.
  • Strong follow-up and closure ability with patient empathy.
  • Basic computer and CRM handling skills.
