Role is responsible for managing, developing & supervising the team with a key focus on Service to sales through relationship management, sales productivity-per-executive, thereby achieving sales & service targets.

Responsibilities:- Recruiting, training, and managing a team of sales executives, ensuring they meet key productivity metrics such as premium collection, case rate, persistency, and retention, with a strong focus on exceeding planned performance standards.
- Conducting joint fieldwork to demonstrate effective sales techniques, provide on-the-job coaching, and regularly review executive performance through structured reviews like Fortnightly PRPs.
- Overseeing daily activities and adherence to company guidelines, ensuring all executives follow need-based selling practices, maintain regulatory compliance, and deliver high-quality customer service.
- Managing and converting leads from the telemarketing unit, while actively engaging with customers to resolve queries, address complaints, and ensure service excellence.
- Guiding the team in using tools like the GOLD system, educate prospects on product offerings versus competitors, and drive revenue growth through strategic prospecting and relationship retention.
- Graduate with prior experience in team management, preferably in life insurance or financial services sales.
- Proven ability to recruit, train, and lead sales teams to achieve and exceed performance targets, with strong coaching and motivational skills.
- Strong understanding of need-based selling, compliance standards, and customer service practices, with the ability to handle customer queries and complaints effectively.
- Proficiency in using sales tools (e.g., GOLD system), with excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical abilities to support decision-making and team productivity.
