What a Software Engineer does inInMorphis on day to day basis? Minimum 1.5 years experience inServiceNow (Must) with overall 5+ years of IT experience in development project Strong in ServiceNowdevelopment using most of the ServiceNow tools and features such as BusinessRule, Script Include, Client Scripts, UI Policies, AJAX, Glide Scripting, JavaScripting, Jelly Scripting, Service Portal, Angular JS, Widgets, Workflow,Catalog Development, UI Page, UI Scripts, UI Action, Inbound Action,Notifications, REST & SOAP APIs, Workflow Custom Activities, SQL, Database (Must) ITIL Foundation certification (Preferred) ServiceNow Administrationcertification (Must) Service Portal Development(Widgets, Angular JS, ServerScripting, Client Scripting, HTML, DHTML, CSS, Pages, Portal Configuration) Integration of ServiceNow withexternal tools using Web Services & REST APIs Various module implementationexperience (ITSM, ITOM, HR, Finance, GRC) Ability to learn new technologyand adopt changing business requirements Experience in PerformanceAnalytics (Preferred) Discovery ServiceNow ImplementationCertification (preferred) Strong customer handling and communicationskills (must), ability to collect requirements, translate requirements intoTechnical design (detailed design) , development of requirement in ServiceNow,fix any defects, support UAT Experience in handling Agilebased delivery model Able to deliver high quality deliverables Skill required to perform the duty: Candidates shall possess theskill to develop on the ServiceNow platform including the creation and/orcustomization of the core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change,Service Catalog, Content management and Portal Willingness to follow softwarebest practices to design and implement well documented, maintainable code Perform all aspects of platformadministration including configuration, monitoring, management, tuning, and securityof all ServiceNow instances. Troubleshoot production andtest issues; perform root cause analysis, recommend corrective action, and leadthe resolution efforts. Identify automationopportunities and make recommendation for improvements to ITSM modules such as IncidentManagement, Problem Management, Change Management, Asset Management, CMDB and ServiceCatalog Requests. Build CMDB data model andpopulate CMDB using the Service Now Discovery tool Assist with regular ITSMServiceNow releases which may include system/integration Create and successfully executeunit tests, UAT, and validation. Design and implement processworkflows, procedures, and technical standards Manager or lead a team as perbusiness requirement Analyse, diagnose, and resolvesoftware bugs utilizing approved procedures Collaborate with other softwaredevelopers, operations staff, supervisors, and clients
