Job Location : Noida / GurgaonJob Description:Strong experience in ServiceNow platform administration, configuration and developmentExtensive hands-on experience in ITSM applications, Universal Request, CMDB, Asset Management and ITSM Mobile Agent appStrong experience in designing catalog items and developing complex workflows through Flow DesignerProficiency with Scripting in ServiceNow involving GlideAPIs, JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, UI Actions and Access Control Lists (ACLs) Ability to design and configure ServiceNow reports and dashboards Experience with integrations of ServiceNow with external systems through REST, SOAP, Integration Hub and Service Graph ConnectorExperience with providing functional and technical support to business and liasioning with ServiceNow Support (HI)Testing experience with proven ability to analyse, troubleshoot and resolve issuesExcellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – ITSMOpen to learn new technologies / ServiceNow modulesGood to have:Experience in building and maintaining custom applications Experience developing and delivering using Agile/ Scrum methodologyAbility to cross-train team membersAbout Sonata Software:Sonata is a global software company, one of the fastest growing in India.
