Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Drive insurance premium targets through active engagement with RMs and Partners.
- Identify and convert opportunities across Health, Term, Savings, Pension, and ULIP products.
Focus on health insurance activation and penetration among existing partner networks
Sales Enablement & Partner Support
Conduct product training sessions, sales pitches, and objection-handling workshops for RMs and Partners.
- Support RMs in client meetings and joint calls to close business.
Share and promote usage of sales tools, calculators, and Wealthy App/Dashboard features.
Process & Execution
Manage the end-to-end sales process including lead generation, proposal, login, issuance, and post-sales service.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to compliance guidelines.
Track and report branch-level insurance performance via CRM and MIS tools.
Market & Product Knowledge
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes.
- Provide feedback to product and operations teams to improve offerings and service experience.
Key Skills & Competencie
- Proven sales track record in Health or Life Insurance (Health preferred).
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to influence and motivate teams without direct reporting authority.
- Process-oriented with good understanding of CRM tools and sales tracking.
High ownership mindset with ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Experience & Qualifications
- 3–6 years of relevant sales experience in Health or Life Insurance.
- Graduate degree (MBA preferred, but not mandatory).
- Prior exposure to B2B2C distribution models will be an added advantage.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹13, ₹30,182.52 per month
