Role Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to lead our online growth initiatives. You will leverage data-driven strategies to enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and optimize conversion funnels across digital channels.

Key Responsibilities1. Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
  • Conduct A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve performance metrics
  • Monitor and adjust bids, targeting, and budgets to maximize ROI

2. SEO & Content Strategy

  • Perform keyword research and implement on-page/technical SEO best practices
  • Optimize website content and metadata to improve organic search rankings
  • Collaborate with content teams to develop SEO-friendly blogs and articles

3. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track KPIs (CTR, conversion rates, engagement metrics) using Google Analytics and other tools
  • Generate actionable insights from campaign data to refine marketing strategies
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for stakeholders

4. Emerging Trends

  • Stay updated on industry trends (e.g., AI-driven marketing, voice search optimization)
  • Test new platforms/tools to expand digital reach

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in:
  • Paid advertising (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager)
  • SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Moz)
  • Web analytics (Google Analytics, Tag Manager)
  • Proven ability to manage multi-channel campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

  • Certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot)
  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for landing page optimizations
  • Experience with email marketing automation (Mailchimp, Klaviyo)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹65,000.00 per month
