Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Patna for a Business Development Executive. Day-to-day responsibilities will include identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating leads, building and maintaining client relationships, and managing accounts. The role requires proactive engagement with potential clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions, while also focusing on driving growth and achieving revenue targets.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify and pursue potential clients.
  • Strong skills in Account Management and maintaining long-term client relationships.
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal abilities to interact effectively with clients and team members.
  • Understanding of business practices and strategic thinking to contribute to the company's growth goals.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
  • Experience in a sales or marketing role is an advantage.
