Job Description

We're looking for Frontend Engineers (6-7 years) experienced in React or Angular to build modern, responsive, and maintainable web applications. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, write clean and testable code, and contribute to improving engineering practices while embracing XP principles like TDD, pair programming, and continuous integration.

Job Requirement

  • Strong hands-on experience with React and Angular
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3
  • Experience with state management (Redux or similar)
  • Familiarity with testing frameworks (Jest, Jasmine, Karma) and a test-first mindset
  • Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and build tools
  • Good understanding of responsive design and accessibility
  • Awareness of XP practices (TDD, pair programming, CI)
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and ownership mindset

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop scalable, performant, and user-friendly web applications
  • Build and maintain reusable UI components using React and Angular
  • Collaborate with product, design, backend, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
  • Apply clean code, TDD, and refactoring principles for maintainable software
  • Contribute to architecture discussions and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in frontend development
  • Foster a culture of learning, collaboration, and technical excellence
