Job Description:

We are hiring a Production Engineer in (Changodar) Ahmedabad.

Position: Production Engineer
Department: Production
(Only Male Can APPLY)

Location: Changodar - Ahmedabad

Salary Range: Up to ₹25,000

 
Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Oversee manufacturing operations and ensure adherence to industry standards.
  • Implement and maintain quality control procedures to meet product specifications.
  • Monitor and achieve production goals within defined timelines.
  • Collaborate with the team to enhance process efficiency and productivity.
  • Ensure proper packaging and labeling of finished products.
  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain team.
  • Identify and resolve production issues to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain a safe and compliant working environment.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to improve manufacturing processes.
  • Report on production performance and suggest improvements.
Education & Qualifications:
  • B.E / M.E in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant field.
  • B.Tech / M.Tech in relevant engineering disciplines.
  • MBA (preferred for managerial roles).
  • Diploma in Production, Mechanical, or related fields.
Required Skills:
  • Problem-Solving and analytical thinking.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Awareness of safety protocols in a production environment.
  • Physical stamina to handle machinery and production tasks.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Understanding of manufacturing processes and workflow optimization.
  • Inventory management and stock monitoring experience.
  • Quality assurance knowledge and implementation.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
  • Proficiency in production planning and control systems.
