About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Engineer with strong knowledge in transmission line works and substations up to 33kV. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in execution, supervision, and quality control of transmission line projects, ensuring compliance with safety and industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Diploma / B. Tech in Electrical Engineering.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in transmission line works and substation projects.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical drawings, layouts, and standards.
  • Experience in site execution, supervision, and handling contractors.
  • Knowledge of relevant safety norms, electrical codes, and regulations.

Key Skills

  • Technical expertise to work on electrical systems up to 33kV level (transmission lines and substations).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to handle field challenges and resolve issues promptly.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; exposure to project management software is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and execute transmission line works up to 33kV, including erection, stringing, and commissioning.
  • Manage electrical works at substations, ensuring alignment with project specifications and drawings.
  • Monitor and control project progress, ensuring timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
  • Coordinate with civil and mechanical teams for integrated project execution.
  • Conduct testing and commissioning of equipment and systems.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and statutory regulations.
  • Prepare site reports, material consumption reports, and progress documentation.
  • Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors as required
