We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Elevator Technical Head to lead our elevator maintenance, troubleshooting, and service operations. Duties

  • Lead and supervise the technical team responsible for elevator installation, maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting to ensure operational excellence.
  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
  • Analyze schematics, technical manuals, and hydraulic/mechanical diagrams to diagnose issues accurately and efficiently.
  • Oversee field service operations, coordinating with technicians to deliver timely solutions while maintaining safety protocols.
  • Conduct regular inspections of elevator systems focusing on hydraulics, electrical components, mechanical parts, and industrial mechanics.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, provide expert advice on system upgrades or repairs, and ensure exceptional customer service.
  • Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, system modifications, and compliance documentation in line with industry standards.
  • Stay updated on industry regulations and technological advancements to ensure all elevator systems meet or exceed safety standards.

Skills

  • Strong mechanical knowledge with expertise in hydraulics, electrical systems, and industrial mechanics.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting schematics and technical drawings related to elevator systems.
  • Extensive experience in industrial maintenance, field service operations, and preventive maintenance strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues efficiently.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on clear communication and client satisfaction.
  • Ability to lead a team effectively while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance requirements specific to elevator systems.
