Role Overview

The Founder's Office Engineer
role is a unique blend of
product thinking, communication strategy, community building, and business execution
.

You'll work directly with the founders to
conceptualize, write, and document
the foundation of our
first product launch
— from
technical documentation
to
go-to-market content
,
social media strategy
, and
early-stage hiring outreach
.

You'll help transform raw ideas into tangible product plans, structured communication, and scalable strategies. This is an
onsite role in South Delhi

Tier-1 intellect

product sense
, and the
grit to build from scratch
.

What You'll Do

• Work closely with founders on
  conceptual product documentation
  , MVP blueprints, and
  go-to-market materials
  .
• Write
  technical, marketing, and community content
  aligned with our product roadmap.
• Support in creating
  pitch decks, explainer documents, and internal communication frameworks
  .
• Develop and maintain
  product-related content
  for
  social media marketing, partnerships, and public communication.
• Contribute to the go-to-market (GTM) strategy
  for the product suite — from positioning to messaging.
• Collaborate with the
  development and design teams
  to align documentation and communication with technical delivery.
• Participate in
  hiring efforts
  for developers, designers, marketers, and operations — screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews.
• Engage with
  influencers, content creators, and online communities
  to establish brand presence and partnerships.
• Act as an
  extended arm of the founder's office
  — representing the company in conversations, events, and outreach.
• Build early-stage
  community engagement strategies
  across platforms like
  Discord, Telegram, LinkedIn, and Reddit
  .
• Support in
  fundraising materials, investor notes, and growth reports
  , as the company progresses.

What We're Looking For

• Tier-1 institute graduate
  (IIT, BITS, IIIT, NIT, or equivalent top-tier design/engineering institution).
• Strong grasp of
  software development concepts
  ,
  product thinking
  , and
  tech-first communication
  .
• Excellent
  written and verbal communication
  — fluent, confident, and clear.
• Experience or strong interest in
  one or more industries:
• Advertising | Marketing | Technology | Cloud | FinTech | SaaS | Influencer Marketing | Gaming | Programmatic Advertising.
• Proficiency in documentation tools (Notion, Google Workspace, Markdown, etc.)
  and familiarity with
  Figma, Adobe Suite
  , or
  frontend visualization tools
  is a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to
  lead initiatives independently
  and
  take ownership
  of end-to-end outcomes.
• Passion for
  creating clarity out of chaos
