Require Architectural Assistant having Diploma in Architecture with 5 years exp or B.Arch with 3 - 5 years exp, Auto cad is essential with knowledge of working drawings and detail drawings with site knowledge well known as practically site condition wise.

Responsibilities and Duties: -

2D Drawings detailed in each and every point & 3D modeling, all related architectural detail drawings with good knowledge.

  • Develop 3D models and visualizations of interior design concepts to assist clients and team members in envisioning the completed project.
  • Craft layouts and arrangements for rooms and spaces, focusing on maximizing both functionality and aesthetic appeal.
  • Select suitable textures, colors, and materials for various elements within the design, including furniture, floors, and wall treatments.
  • Design bespoke furniture and fixtures or choose existing products that complement the design theme.
  • Devise and implement lighting strategies to enhance the atmosphere of the space.
  • Engage with clients to capture their preferences and integrate their input into the design process.
  • Utilize advanced 3D modeling software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) and rendering tools to produce lifelike visualizations.
  • Ensure that design proposals stay within the client's budget, making adjustments as necessary.
  • Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other relevant parties to guarantee the design is executed flawlessly.
  • Deliver compelling presentations of design concepts and visualizations to both clients and team members.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail to ensure the design fully realizes the client's vision.
  • Remain flexible to modifications in the design as project dynamics or client preferences evolve.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in AutoCAD & 3D Designing.
  • Architect/Diploma in Interior Design or related field.
  • Ability to read architectural drawings and translate them into manufacturing designs.
  • Attention to detail with excellent visualization and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work with cross-functional teams.
