One junior BA with data experience. > London Market/Lloyds Insurance business knowledge (preferred) > Experience managing the Senior Business Stakeholder - Portfolio Managers 1. Should be able to elicit requirement independently from business users by conducting workshop or focused group discussion 2. Communication and stakeholder engagement skills will be important as BA is expected to work with all regions of the QBE group 3. Group Pricing Experience - as BA 4. Exposure on JIRA - Epic, User Story, Issue, Sprint Reports creation 5. Should be able to co-ordinate with primary decision maker from the business side and get sign off on requirements within expected timeline 6. Should be able to co-ordinate effectively and precisely with QBE inhouse BAs 7. Should be able to drive Show&Tell and effectively capture feedbacks from business  8. Should be able to effectively triage defects with Development, Testing and Business team 9. Should help testing team in driving UAT and PIV 10. Should help PM and Scrum Master in Project and Sprint planning 11. Should review Test scenarios for SIT, Regression and UAT 12. Should conduct User stories walkthrough with Testing and Development team before starting the sprint 13. Should be able to prepare User Guide which can be used by QBE Marketing team to train it's employees on the newer feature/application developed 14. Should be able to conduct retrospective session at the end of each sprint 15. Should be able to work on multiple initiatives/projects - Multitasking
