Role & responsibilities

  • Provide regular updates and reports on project status, including milestones, budget updates, and any significant developments or risks.
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
  • Carry out thorough project evaluations and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary corrective measures.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the project team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Quality assurance: Ensuring that construction meets industry standards and safety regulations
  • Communication: Liaising with clients, subcontractors, architects, and other professionals
  • Technical expertise: Applying technical knowledge to check designs and drawings, and providing technical advice
  • Site inspections: Overseeing the implementation of design specifications and ensuring that health and safety policies are followed
  • Progress monitoring: Tracking progress and reporting delays or issues
  • Staff management: Supervising contracted staff and training operators
  • Documentation: Preparing site reports and logging progress
