You will have a mature outlook, to liaise with key clients and customs covering import/export compliance:

  • Experience in Irish Revenue Customs, handling client queries and assist in compiling client origin and REX status.
  • Work on own initiative to research Customs updates within a team environment.
  • Customer sales support and Operations experience gained in a logistics environment.
  • Experience with ChatGPT, Grok AI, MS Office, Advanced Excel, Outlook & Customs Software.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail is essential. Excellent organisational skills.

Summary

  • currently studying for Masters: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customs Origin, and export documentation: 3 years (Preferred)
  • Export Customs processes: 3 years (Preferred)
  • UK NP Origin rules for US imports: 2 years (Preferred)
  • active use of Grok, Claude, ChatGPT, etc: 1 year (Preferred)
