Position: Assistant Manager TA Operations

Immediate Manager: HR Service Delivery Lead

Position location: Mumbai, NESCO

Role Summary:

The role will be responsible for managing the end-to -end offer generation and post-offer processes for employees across EMEA. The role involves timely and accurate preparation of offer letters, managing pre-onboarding documentation, maintaining HR systems and providing excellent stakeholder and candidate experience. The candidate will work closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partners, and Global HR Operations team to ensure compliance with local and regional HR policies and practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Offer Management & Generation:

  • Manage the complete offer lifecycle – from offer initiation to approval and generation – for EMEA hires.
  • Draft and issue offer letters and contracts of employment in compliance with country-specific labor laws and company policies.
  • Coordinate with Talent Acquisition and Compensation teams to ensure alignment of salary structures and benefits with internal benchmarks.
  • Validate offer details for accuracy and completeness before release to candidates.

Post-Offer Operations:

  • Manage background verification, pre-boarding, and document collection for new hires.
  • Update and maintain HR systems (Workday / SAP / Oracle) with accurate offer and onboarding data.
  • Support candidates with queries related to offers, joining formalities, and onboarding processes.
  • Partner with payroll, IT, and facilities teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Compliance & Process Excellence

  • Ensure all employment documentation adheres to EMEA labor laws, GDPR, and internal HR policies.
  • Regularly audit offer-related data for accuracy and compliance.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within the offer management workflow.
  • Prepare reports and dashboards on offer status, turnaround time, and other key metrics for management review.

Stakeholder Management:

  • Serve as a single point of contact for Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partners across EMEA.
  • Collaborate with the Global HR Services team to standardize processes and share best practices.
  • Handle escalations and ensure service delivery excellence within agreed SLAs.

Knowledge & Skills:

  • Graduates or equivalent
  • Strong computer knowledge and navigation with solid data entry skills
  • Ability to handle high volume customer inquiries; case management experience preferred in SuccessFactors
  • Excellent customer service
  • Solid communication skills
  • Strong organization skills
  • Proficient in Excel (knowledge of VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP required)
  • Ability to download reports

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8 to 10 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Shared Services, preferably supporting EMEA or global regions.
  • Strong knowledge of offer management, onboarding, and employment documentation processes.
  • Familiarity with global HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
  • Understanding of GDPR and regional compliance frameworks.
