  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle for W2, C2C, and 1099 positions.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through job portals (Dice, LinkedIn,Indeed) and internal databases.
  • Leverage ATS tools (Ceipal, Oorwin, Recruiteze, Job Diva) for candidate tracking, pipeline management, and reporting.
  • Partner with Account Managers and leadership to understand client needs and deliver top talent within deadlines.
  • Stay updated on market trends, visa/immigration policies, and emerging technologies to ensure competitive hiring strategies.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment reports and hiring metrics for transparency and performance tracking.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 4+ years of IT recruiting experience in U.S. staffing.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. work authorizations (H1B, OPT, CPT, GC, USC) and tax terms.
  • Proven success using job portals and ATS platforms to source and manage candidates.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, adaptability, and problem-solving mindset.
