JOB DESCRIPTION

· Responsibilities for the continuous running of equipment's & machinery in industrial settings.

· Using computerized system oversee routine maintenance.

· To be involved with control & monitoring devices.

o SAFETY PROCEDURES:-

· Following safety procedures when working with electrical systems & components.

· Work with other maintenance to ensure efficiency.

o ELECTRICAL TECHNICIANS:-

· To follow the routine inspection of equipment's & maintenance works.

· Trouble shooting electrical issues.

o MAINTENACE OPERATIONS:-

· Check the conditions of entire equipment's & comparison to the manufacturer recommendations

· Check the functionality of equipment's & to reinstate the after work completion.

· Plan & schedule the maintenance activities.

· Following the EB records.

o DOCUMENTATION EXPERTS:-

· Maintain comprehensive records of maintenance activities.

· Maintain document equipment of specifications, modifications.

· Assist in development of maintenance procedures

o PLANNING PHASE:-

· Maintain detailed maintenance schedule, allocate resources & to ensure manpower effectively.

o EXECUTION PHASE:-

· Carry out routine inspections, preventive measures & to rectify the issues.

o SKILLS:-

· Be able to read & interpret relevant electrical drawings, related specifications, and quality standards & to follow wok instructions relevant plans, trouble shooting to implement the solutions.

· Understand which tools & equipment's to use, when & will follow the relevant training methods & techniques

· Ability to lead & develop the technician skills.

· Confidence to respond positively when under pressure.

o TEAM COLLABORATION:-

· Encourage knowledge & sharing experiences.

· Collaboration with other maintenance team members to address cross functional issues.

o CONTINUOS IMPROVEMENT:-

· To implement feedback mechanisms for continuous leanings.

· Stay update in latest technologies.
