Job Description
 Lead automation efforts for critical features across web and mobile platforms,

from planning through release.

 Develop and maintain scalable automation frameworks using Selenium with

Java or Python-based frameworks for web applications and Appium for iOS

and Android.

 Design and execute API testing using tools like Postman and frameworks

such as Pytest, ensuring robust backend validation.

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, development, and

DevOps to ensure comprehensive test coverage and alignment with business

goals.

 Take full ownership of the end-to-end QA process, including requirement

analysis, test planning, execution, reporting, and sign-offs.

 Conduct test case reviews, ensuring clarity, completeness, and traceability to

requirements.

 Perform end-to-end testing across embedded systems, cloud services, APIs,

and mobile interfaces.

 Actively participate in release planning, regression cycles, and manage pre

and post-release QA activities.

 Mentor junior team members, assign tasks, and track progress to ensure

timely and high-quality delivery.

Preferred Qualifications
 B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech/M.S in Computer Science, Electronics, or related

fields.

 2–6 years of experience in software testing, with a strong focus on automation

across web, mobile, and API layers.

 Hands-on experience with Selenium, Appium, Flutter, BDD, TDD frameworks.

Must have worked on at least a couple of projects for complete automation

with deep knowledge.

 Experience with load testing tools like Apache Bench, JMeter, sysbench, or

similar.

 Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

 Working knowledge of Linux-based systems, embedded technologies, and

networking concepts.

 Exposure to chaos engineering and resilience testing practices.

 Self-driven and proactive, with a proven track record of contributing to

transformation projects and process improvements.

 Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities, with a focus on team

collaboration and delivery excellence.

 Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for quality engineering.

 Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

 Comfortable working in fast-paced, agile environments with evolving priorities.
