Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai

Role Purpose

Lead enterprise AML platform implementations (TM, Sanctions Screening, KYC/CDD, Case Management) for global banks with focus on GCC regulators and FATF alignment.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end delivery leadership across multi-country AML programs; chair governance forums.

Oversee data ingestion (core, channels, payments), model tuning, threshold/segment design, watchlist integration, and calibration/validation cycles.

Ensure compliance with FATF, local AML/CFT regulations (CBUAE, SAMA, CBB, CBK, QCB), and audit-ready documentation.

Manage vendor ecosystems (screening, name matching, PEP/Adverse Media, case management).

Plan model risk management, back-testing, performance monitoring, and explainability reporting.

Cutover planning, parallel runs, BAU handover, L2/L3 support model setup.

Required Qualifications & Experience

years in enterprise delivery; 7+ years leading AML platform programs.

Hands-on with at least two AML suites (e.g., NICE Actimize, Oracle FCCM/OFSAA, SAS, BAE NetReveal, FICO TONBELLER, Napier, ComplyAdvantage).

Strong data background: ETL, data quality, lineage, alert triage workflows.

Proven GCC delivery experience; travel 25-40%.

Nice to Have Certifications

CAMS (mandatory for Senior), CGSS, ISO 27001 awareness, PMP/Agile.

Understanding of sanctions regimes (OFAC, EU, UN, UK HMT).

Success Metrics

Regulatory sign-off without major findings.

Alert precision/recall improvements.

Reduction in false positives.

On-time migration to BAU.
