Job Description: Google Ads - Trainee

Position Title : Google Ads - Trainee

Department : Digital Marketing

Location : Noida

Reporting : Digital Marketing Manager

Stipend : 10k

Employment Bond : 18 months

Job Summary:

As a Google Ads - Trainee, you will be responsible in assisting the Google Ads campaigns of our clients to achieve their marketing goals. This is an entry-level position for the individuals with a passion for digital marketing and a desire to learn and grow in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assist in the creation, management, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns.

· Conduct keyword research to identify relevant keywords for campaigns.

· Write compelling ad copy and create engaging ad creatives.

· Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve results.

· Generate regular reports on campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations.

· Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Google Ads and digital marketing.

· Assist with the marketing team to align campaigns with overall marketing strategies.

· Provide support in managing budgets and ensuring efficient allocation of ad spend.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

· Certification in Digital Marketing from a well reputed institution/ college.

· Basic understanding of Google Ads and digital marketing concepts.

· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

· Ability to work as part of a team.

· Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
