This role combines financial expertise with data management skills to support strategic decision-making processes.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial ManagementPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsConduct variance analysis and budget vs. actual reportingManage accounts payable/receivable processesAssist in budget preparation and forecastingEnsure compliance with accounting standards and regulationsMaintain trackers of Invoice & POMIS & ReportingDesign and maintain Management Information SystemsGenerate periodic MIS reports for senior managementCreate dashboards and automated reporting toolsAnalyze business metrics and KPIsEnsure data accuracy and integrity across systemsDevelop standardized reporting formatsData Analysis & SupportPerform financial modeling and scenario analysisSupport month-end and year-end closing processesCoordinate with various departments for data collectionMaintain financial databases and filing systemsAssist in system implementations and upgradesRequired QualificationsEducation & CertificationBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or CommerceAdvanced Excel and financial modeling skillsExperience2-5 years of experience in finance and MIS rolesKnowledge of accounting software and databasesTechnical SkillsProficiency in MS Office Suite (Advanced Excel, PowerPoint)Knowledge of Power BI, or similar analytics toolsUnderstanding of financial regulations and complianceExperience with automated reporting toolsCore CompetenciesStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesLocation: On-site –Bengaluru, KAScheduled Weekly Hours:40If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.  We're interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the tableJLL Privacy NoticeJones Lang LaSalle (JLL), together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services.
