Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated IT Intern with strong foundational skills in Python, AI/ML, and hands-on experience or

knowledge in Data Scraping and Data Mining, particularly in an EdTech context. This role is ideal for individuals eager to work on real-world applications while gaining valuable experience in educational technology.

Key Responsibilities

 Develop and test Python-based tools and scripts

 Assist in AI/ML projects: data preprocessing, model building, testing, and evaluation

 Conduct data scraping and mining from online sources relevant to EdTech applications

 Collaborate with the product and content teams to extract, clean, and structure educational data

 Support backend automation and tool development

 Help manage and maintain technical documentation

 Troubleshoot basic IT/software issues across teams

Must-Have Skills

 Python programming (strong foundational knowledge)

 Basic understanding of AI/ML concepts and algorithms

 Experience or knowledge in Data Scraping & Data Mining techniques (using libraries like BeautifulSoup, Scrapy,or Selenium)

 Familiarity with data preprocessing using pandas, NumPy, etc.

 Strong problem-solving and logical thinking skills

 Effective communication and collaboration abilities

Good to Have

 Exposure to scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch

 Basic understanding of APIs and web services

 Familiarity with Git/GitHub

 Knowledge of SQL or cloud platforms (AWS, GCP)

 Interest in EdTech product development
