Role: QA Lead/ Engineer with Nextjs& Sitecore

Location: Remote

Duration: Full time

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

● Set Quality Standards: define quality expectations for the developed software for both internal and external teams

● Develop and Execute Test Plans: create comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases for our web applications. This includes functional, regression, performance, integration, unit tests and user acceptance testing across web and mobile platforms.

● Automate Tests: Implement and maintain automated and manual testing procedures (on , Playwright, SonarCloud, Codacy), ensuring defects are identified and resolved before release.

● Report and Document: Prepare regular reports on the status of testing activities, issues found, and their resolutions for management and stakeholders. Ensure QA documentation is audit-ready, compliant with internal and external standards, and regularly reviewed for accuracy.

● Lead the QA team: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of QA engineers, distributing work and providing guidance to maintain performance and foster professional growth.

● Performance Monitoring: implement tools and processes to monitor the performance of our website. You'll analyze metrics and collaborate with the development team to optimize site speed and reliability.

● Collaborate and Communicate: work closely with developers, product managers, external teams and other stakeholders to ensure quality is a priority throughout the entire development lifecycle. You'll communicate test results, metrics and provide actionable feedback.

● Stay up-to-date: Keep up with the latest trends e.g. AI in test-automation and best practices in web technologies, quality assurance, and automated testing to ensure our processes are always evolving.

Required qualifications:

● At least 5 years of experience in a Quality Assurance or Quality Engineer role, preferably with a focus on web applications

● Strong knowledge of modern web technologies, including

● Strong leadership qualities and team management skills

● Proficiency with automated testing frameworks such as , Playwright, SoapUI, BrowserStack or comparable

● Understanding of how code quality frameworks works, preferably
,  or comparable

● Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills

● Experience with or other modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, etc.) is highly preferred.

● Experience with content management systems (CMS) like Sitecore XM Cloud is a plus.

● Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous approach to identifying and documenting issues.

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
