Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Export Coordinator for our mid-level position in our Surat office. This is a full-time role crucial for ensuring efficient export processes and compliance within the global market. The Export Coordinator will play a key role in managing documentation and coordinating logistics for international shipments.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Mandatory skill) for handling data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience in Export Documentation (Mandatory skill) to ensure precise and compliant paperwork management.
  • Familiarity with SAP ERP for streamlining resource planning and management tasks.
  • Strong understanding of Incoterms 2020 rules to effectively determine shipping and delivery terms.
  • Knowledge of Customs Compliance to ensure adherence to global trade regulations and practices.
  • Expertise in Logistics Coordination for smooth and efficient management of transportation processes.
  • Comprehensive Regulatory Knowledge to handle industry-specific legalities and trade policies effectively.
  • Skills in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to enhance client interaction and service delivery.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure accurate delivery schedules and documentation.
  • Manage export documentation and ensure all customs compliance regulations are met efficiently.
  • Work closely with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely and cost-effective shipment handling.
  • Maintain detailed entry records within SAP ERP systems for export processes and transactions.
  • Monitor shipments and coordinate problem resolution with logistics providers and clients.
  • Stay updated with changes in export policies and procedures to maintain compliance.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers and clients to improve service satisfaction.
  • Prepare and analyze reports related to the export process for management review and decision-making.
