Digital Marketing Specialist:

Location: Noida (just ~300m from Electronic City Metro Station)

Mode: On-site | 5 Days Working | Immediate Joiner Only

CTC: Upto 4.5 LPA (Fixed)

Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It)

  • Google Ads (PPC Sorcery):

  • Launch & optimize Search, Display, Shopping, Performance Max, YouTube Ads.

  • Ensure every rupee spent brings back a legion of conversions.

  • Meta/Instagram Alchemy:

  • Architect Meta Ads campaigns that move seamlessly from awareness engagement conversions.

  • Innovate with reels, creatives, and scroll-stopping ad hacks.

  • Data Wizardry (GA-4 Mastery):

  • Implement & track using GA-4, GTM & attribution models.

  • Distill chaos into clarity—turning dashboards into growth roadmaps.

  • Omnichannel Growth Spells:

  • Manage end-to-end funnels across Search, Social, Email, Remarketing, Affiliates, UGC, CGI ads.

  • Craft SKU-specific strategies for our core products (Tension Fabrics, Media Walls, Light Boxes, etc.).

  • Experimentation & CRO Enchantments:

  • Run A/B tests like a scientist, scale winners like a hustler.

  • Own conversion rate optimization, retargeting, and funnel hacks.

Who You Are:

  • A Digital Marketing Maverick with 3–5 years of hands-on e-commerce experience.
  • Adept in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and GA-4 (certifications are a plus, but mastery matters more).
  • Knows the language of CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, CAC, LTV like a true wizard.
  • Data-driven, creative-minded, and competition-aware.
  • Hungry to experiment, scale, and win.
  • Can join immediately (no scrolls, no delays).
