Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Testing & Validation Engineer based in Pune. The engineer will be responsible for designing, executing, and documenting validation and testing protocols. Day-to-day tasks include performing functional verification, debugging, analyzing results, maintaining Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) compliance, and ensuring that all systems and products meet quality standards. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and optimize performance.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Debugging and Validation
  • Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, on-site environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering disciplines
  • Experience in the power solutions or related industry is an advantage
